Registering online for the Ft. Wayne Dance For All is a 4-part process:
You will be asked for your contact information during checkout (step 3.)
- After you click the “Begin” button below, add the desired items to your shopping cart.
Use the Continue Shopping button to add more items to your cart. - When you choose from the event passes, you must read and agree to the Workshop Release Information.
- When you are finished adding items to your cart, click the Proceed to Checkout button.
During checkout, accurately fill out the Registration Information.
This creates an account for you in our system. You will be asked to enter a password.
(If you are a returning customer, login with your previous account information. If you have forgotten your password, Click the Lost your password? link and follow the instructions.)
If you have a coupon code, enter it during checkout. - You must make payment via credit card.
A processing fee of $4 will be automatically added to your order. It will be labeled “Credit Card Convenience Fee”
Registration Information must be given for each individual guest of the Ft. Wayne Dance For All. Sorry, no refunds.
